White-red-white flag above Polatsk City Executive Committee

28 October about 9 p.m. a Belarusian national flag was run up above the building of the Polatsk City Executive Committee.

This building is a secure facility and is guarded twenty four hours. Nevertheless, Polatsk “Miron” managed to get to the roof and fix white-red-white width to flagstick.

The illuminated by lights flag was fluttering above the town the whole night.
