The Ministry of Education of Belarus doesn’t recommend the international student exchange. It was reported by minister Aliaksandr Radzkou on the on-line conference on the site of the National State Teleradiocompany 5 October.

According to him, “a pupil should receive the secondary education in his country”. For example, according to A. Radzkou there was a program of American civil organizations Flax. “Frankly speaking, I was against it and didn’t allow the pupils of 10-11 forms to go to American schools, as it was unknown what the programs they will have, where they will live, who will bring them up. If I permit it means I am responsible for the quality of their education, but I can’t do that being in other country”, - minister declared.
