Participant of Halloween celebration taken to hospital

Valyantsin Sakalouski, who was sentenced to 10 days of arrest on November 2 for having taking part in celebrating Halloween in Minsk, is placed to clinical hospital No.11.

He had an acute exacerbation of pancreatitis. After he was detained together with his friends, for 2 days they were kept without food in the remand prison in Akrestsin Street, Radio Svaboda informs.

V. Sakalouski’s mother believes that deterioration of his health has been caused by police treatment.
