Like “Guarantor”, like answers

About 1000 applications have been submitted for holding pickets against the social policy of the regime in Belarus. First answers have been received by applicants already.

Among them is the answer of Minsk regional executive committee to Mr Shapavalau who lives in Machulischy settlement.

“Camarade online” has published the full text of the document with its rather twisted wording:

“Minsk regional executive committee informs that pursuant to the Law “On mass events in the Republic of Belarus” of December 30, 1977 No. 114-3 Your application for holing a picket has been considered.

The Minsk regional executive committee, pursuant to the law of the Republic of Belarus “On local self-governance” of February 20, 1991 No.617-XII being a guarantor of the policy conducted by the state, does not allow holding the picket which aim is to express protest against the social policy of the authorities”.
