“Narodnaya Volya” appeared in news stalls (Photo)

The Ministry of Information assigned a one-time bar-code to the newspaper and “Narodnaya Volya” has appeared in “Belsoyuzpechat” news stalls today.

The Charter’97 press center has learnt it from the editor’s office of the newspaper.

Earlier the information was spread that “Narodnaya Volya” may appear in news stalls later (at least in Minsk). The newspaper needs to get a bar-code from the French agency in order to get to news-stalls and this is a problem.

Copies of an issue of “Narodnaya Volya” were delivered from Smolensk Wednesday night, where the edition is printed (though “Narodnaya Volya” and the Printing House have already signed a contract).

As the Charter’97 press center has learnt from the editor’s office of the newspaper, the Ministry of Information assigned a one-time bar-code to the edition in order it to be able to appear in news stalls on Thursday. The French agency is expected to give a bar-code to “Narodnaya Volya” by the time a new issue is ready.
