On November 21 first screening of “Maroon beret”, a TV film by Belarusian film director Andrei Holubeu (Golubev) will take place in tsentralny cinema. Actors and the crew of the film will make a presentation to the viewers before the film.

It is not excluded that not only Russian actors Sergei Selin and Andrei Fedortsov will appear at the first showing, but the notorious colonel Dzmitry Paulichenka, who partially prefigures the hero of the film major Pavlov, and who helped actors during the shooting, “Belorusskiy partisan” reports.

As we have informed, “Maroon beret” is advertised as “the first Belarusian adventure/action film”. It is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Internal Troops of the Internal Affairs Ministry. The screenplay is written by Alexandr Debalyuk. The film budget is about Br 2 billion.

It is worth mentioning that the film by Andrei Holubeu will immediately get into the program of the 15th Minsk international film festival “Listapad”. However, as it is written in the statute of the cinema forum, only films produced over the last two years and necessarily having awards of different international festivals could be presented at the festival.

At “Listapad” festival Belarus will also be presented by the film “On the back of a black cat” in which Lukashenka granddaughter Viktoryja took part. It is interesting whether the young actress would be given any prize of the festival?
