Regime hasn’t sanctioned placing streamer dedicated to Human Rights Day

Baranavichy human rights activists haven’t allowed celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Karnej Pyatrovich, Vyachaslau Bolbat, Viktar Syrytsa and Syarhei Housha applied the city executive committee in a written from and asked to place at least one streamer in the city, as the Declaration has been fully included to Belarusian constitution, European radio for Belarus informs.

Within the period demanded by the law the regime hasn’t given any answer, in written or oral form.
