Majority think form of government in Belarus is dictatorship

An opinion poll on a form of government in Belarus was held on Charter’97 website.

Only 12.7 per cent think Belarus is a democratic country. The vast majority (87.3 per cent) believe the form of government in Belarus can be called dictatorship.
