Mass dismissals at Minsk Motor Plant

More and more workers of Minsk Motor Plant’s branch in Staubtsy express dissatisfaction at work of the enterprise.

A four-day working week was set up at the plant, only one shift will work next Monday.

As Polskie Radio learnt from workers of the plant, people, whose working contracts expire, are not prolonged contracts. Other workers deicide to retire on own will taking into account the current situation. Mass job cut is planned at the plant after Christmas holidays. About 50 people have lost jobs at Minsk Motor Plant’s branch in Staubtsy for the last weeks.
