Smoking out to be banned in Belarus

No-smoking areas will be created in crowded places (parks, recreation zones, catering facilities, inns) in Belarus.

Such regulation is contained in the action plan on holding the Year of Health in 2008. The decision was taken by a decree 113 of the Council of Ministers, BelTA reports.

The document was worked out to develop the positive tendencies in dynamics of medical demographic rates and further improvement of health index, and to promote healthy life style among the country population.
