Blue ribbons are a symbol of the European choice of Belarus. Another regional capital has been adorned by them.

Vitsebsk activists of the civil campaign “European Belarus” put them in busy spots of their city. Ribbons appeared near cinemas, hotels, shops and in dormitory suburbs.
