Gazprom to decide in October what to do with Belarus

Decision on cooperation with Ukraine and Belarus will be taken at a session of the board of directors in October.
Victor Zubkov, first deputy prime minister and Gazprom chairman, told it to journalists.
“A decision on cooperation with Ukraine and Belarus will be taken at a setting of the board of directors in October,” he said.
“Gazprom’s board of directors actively cooperates with Ukraine, and the Ukrainian government brings forward many proposals on regulating our relations in 2009 and then on,” he added. “We will go on our work and will make a number of decisions,” V. Zubkov emphasised.
He reminded that when he had held an organising setting of the board of directors after the shareholders meeting, he proposed to “compose a work plan for the second half of the year”. “We approved it yesterday, in contains 39 questions all in all,” V. Zubkou added.
Besides, he declared: “We strengthen the control for the decisions taken by the board of directors to be fulfilled.”
