CIS observers impossible to find: what do they observe?

Hrodna observers and journalists have been trying to find out whereabouts of CIS observers, who came to the region center, campaign “Human Rights Activists for Free Election” reports.

An aim of the search is to share information about the election process with them. But no one from governmental authorities can say the whereabouts of the CIS observers. It also unknown what they observe. CIS observers haven’t showed any interest in a meeting with the local colleagues yet.
