Officer of Lukashenka’s administration carrying on early agitation

Uladzimir Sinyakou, head of the main personnel policy department of the Presidential Administration, began his work with the electorate long before the registration as a candidate for MPs.

Using his official position, he worked with public appeals in Maladzechna and Valozhyn districts. Articles with his photos describing his activity occupied a page or two in local newspapers, the campaign “Human Rights Activists For Free Election” reports.

Having carried on preparatory work with electorate, Sinyakou filed documents to the district commission of the Maladzechna rural election district #71. He is nominated by the collectives of Valozhyn Regional Forestry and enterprise Berezinskoe.

Three initiative groups were registered in this election district: Iodo Maryna (head of the Labour, Employment and Social Defence Department of the Valozhyn district executive committee), Zvernik Uladzimir (the United Civil Party), Mankouskaya Klaudia (head master of Krasnenskaya secondary school). Initiative group of Zvernik didn’t collect the necessary amount of signatures. There’s no information about signatures, gathered by initiative groups of Krasnenskaye school’s head master and head of the Labour, Employment and Social Defence Department. It is known that U Sinyakou remained the only candidate for MP in the electoral district.
