Belarusuan Justice Ministry adopts experience of Libya

Justice ministries of Belarus and Libya are set to sign a protocol on cooperation.

The BelTA has been informed about that by the Justice Ministry of Belarus. Belarusian-Libyan talks on the draft protocol are to take place in Tripoli. When discussing the draft protocol, the text offered by the Belarusian side was used.

As a result of the discussion the both sides have achieved agreement on all articles of the project, and confirmed the achieved agreements signing the protocol by the heads of the delegations.

The Belarusian and Libyan sides have agreed to take measures to implement procedures inside the states to sign the Protocol on cooperation.

In this connection in the near future in line with the law “On international agreements of the Republic of Belarus” the Justice Ministry of Belarus will offer the Belarusian government to sign the protocol on cooperation.

During the talks the sides have also discussed the possibility to conclude intergovernmental treaties regul;ating issues of mutual legal assistance in civil and criminal rights, and on delivering criminals.
