“It is clear today that this “parliamentary election” will be rigged. That is why people should protest if they feel they have been deceived. It is the right enshrined in the Constitution, so, come to October square of Minsk on September 28,” MP candidate Volha Kazulina, daughter of political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin, said in an interview to the Charter’97 press center.

“We should insist on the right for free election. It is evident that this “election” is illegitimate, non-transparent and falsified. Even the fact that only 0.07 per cent of opposition representatives have been included into polling station election commissions, says much,” Volha Kazulina noted.
