Chavez pays frequent visits to Belarus: he is coming to Lukashenka again

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez plans to visit Russia and Belarus after his state visit to China.
Latin American news agency Prensa Latina reports it.
According to the agency, Chavez’s visit to China begins on Tuesday, September 23. He plans to have a meeting with president of the People’s Republic of China Hu Jintao, other governmental officials and leading businessman of China.
After his visit to Beijing, Chavez will visit Russia and Belarus, and then France and Portugal, Prensa Latina reports. “The tour’s main goal is to enhance bilateral relations, sign economic, social and cultural agreements, and establish political dialogue on international issues of common interest,” the agency notes.
It should be reminded that Hugo Chavez visited Belarus for three times – in July 2006, June 2007 and July 2008.
In December 2007, A. Lukashenka visited Venezuela. During this visit, Belarusian-Venezuelan joint enterprise PetroVenBel oil producing company in the state of Anzoategui was opened, a number of intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents in different sectors were signed.
