Whole streets of voters “get lost”

Observers in regions continue to find violations in decisions of executive commissions on formation of polling stations.

It was found out, that Orsha dwellers, living in Tselibyeva Street, Tselik, Shakmin and Rynbkovski Lanes, Meteorologicheski Proezd have been deprived of voting right, because these territories are not subject to any of constituencies.

A number of observers regard this as an attempt of election lists manipulation. The others think it is common bungling of officials. Whatever could it be, the fact of violation of the law is evident, the campaign “Human Rights Activists for Free Election” reports.
