Observer Maksim Hubarevich managed to make a copy of a unique document – Act of Voting, which must be kept by head of the polling station election commission #19 of Hrodna-Tsentralny constituency #50 Turkou O. V.

As the campaign “Human Rights Activists for Free Election” reports, observer I. H. Svistun reports: “I observed a ballot box sealing, ballots issuing, and voting. No violations were found during the voting. The election was held in accordance with the Election Code of the Republic of Belarus. I was present until the votes were counted.

The Act is signed by the observer.
