Centralny district court of Minsk sentenced Syarhei Novik to 12 years of imprisonment.

Interfax was told about that in the court of Centralny district in Minsk.

“According to the verdict issued today, the former first deputy of the K department of the Interior Ministry Novik was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a colony with a reinforced regime,” the court informed.

“4 other accused involved in the case are sentenced to imprisonment for terms from 3 to 7 years,” a representative of the court added.

We remind that Syarhei Novik was charged with abetting a person with previous convictions to commit a cash machine theft with the use of false bank cards.
