New oppositionists join hunger strike of solidarity

Activists of “European Belarus” civil campaign continue the hunger strike of solidarity with arrested entrepreneurs from Vaukavysk.

An activist of the civil campaign from Barysau Matsvey Byalay joined the relay hunger strike of solidarity. Oppositionists are holding this campaign for more than a month.

Previously a week-long hunger strike was continued for by Syarhei Kazakou and Alyaksei Syanchyla.

Activist of the “European Belarus” hold a hunger strike of solidarity with Mikalay Autukhovich, Yury Lyavonau and Uladzimir Asipenka, arrested in the beginning of February. Mikalay Autukhvich continues his hunger strike since April 16. The political prisoner protests against the criminal prosecution and demands either to forward his case to the court or to release Yury Lyavonau and Uladzimir Asipenka, who are involved in the same case with him.
