“I was given a document, and it was written there about what I have violated,” Zmitser Kisel is quoted by the press-service of the Belarusian Association of Journalists. “I was obliged to write an application for accreditation as soon as possible, and not to act this way any more. As I was told in the prosecutor’s office, they may pat me on the back one, two or three times, but then they have to use other methods of controlling such malicious violators as me. They showed me who had written a complaint against me. It was written by the chief directorate of the KGB in Brest region. They prepared printouts form the Internet, where I was mentioned, and collected that and sent to the prosecutor’s office”.

It should be noted that a day before two unknown in mufti tried to get into the flat of Zmitser Kisel. As stated by the journalist, law-enforcers wanted to take him to the prosecutor’s office forcibly.
