This, the judge satisfied the demand of the state prosecutor. Individual entrepreneur Yury Kazak must pay a fine within a month, otherwise he can face prison.
We remind that on November 7, Yury Kazak poured green paint to the monument to Vladimir Lenin on the main square of Navahrudak. The young man admitted it was he who had done that. But, as said by Kazak at the trial, his aim was not to destroy the monument, but to attract attention of public to the problem of praising the communist past of Belarus by the Belarusian authorities.
It should be noted that daughter Rahneda has recently born to 25-year-old Yury Kazak. His wife hasn’t been discharged form hospital yet.
