The guest made a speech against Russian authorities.

On Friday, October, 22 Alyaksandr Lukashenka played host in his Administration to the retired Colonel of Airborne forces Vladimir Kvachkov, acquitted of the organization of the attempt to assassinate the head of the Unified Energy System of Russia Anatoly Chubais.

Journalists did not participate in the event, and officially Minsk was playing host to a “group of veterans of airborne troops of Russia”, NEWSru.com reports alluding to the “Russian News Service”.

It is unknown what exactly were Lukashenka and Kvachkov talking about, however, after their meeting, the Russian military man made a speech at the meeting in the Union of officers of Belarus, where he made a couple of loud statements directed against the present authority of Russia.

“Russia has lost its ability to armed defense of its statehood. The loss of this ability is caused not by defeats at battlefields, but by the betrayal of the ruling state strata”, - Colonel Kvachkov said, in particular, accusing the government of the country in establishing “liberal Nazi dictatorship”.

Besides, the retired colonel of the Russian Military Intelligence service GRU appeared at the pages of the newspaper the Council of Ministers of Belarus “Respublica”. He, in particular, stated that Belarus has considerably left Russia behind “in economic, social and state development”, and he also compared Lukashenka to a caring master. He literally said the following: “The first impression from a visit to Belarus: at your background, everything that is going on in Russia – is a national disaster. People in Belarus live from labour, human relations are being preserved in the society. There is a caring master in the house, and it is felt. We can only dream about it now”.

The newspaper called the guest of its office “a good family man and a patriot of his Fatherland”.
