Belarusian oppositionists detained on border for five hours

Leader of the Young Front Zmitser Dashkevich and co-head of the organizing committee on creation the party BCD Alyaksei Shein were detained on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border.

The activists were searched. It took customs officers and border guards five hours to discuss with their commanders what to do with the oppositionists, Radio Svaboda reports.

We remind that democratic activists are constantly searched and detained on the Belarusian border. Border guards have recently searched first head of independent Belarus Stanislau Shushkevich when he was returning home from a business trip to Kyiv.
