Mahilou police carries out fingerprinting at home without any formal procedures.

Our reader sent us a video of compulsory fingerprinting. A plainclothes officer of the Kastrychnitski district militia department simplified the procedure and decided to conduct fingerprinting not requiring people to show their IDs.
