Security services looking for European Belarus activist Vasil Zhorau

Officer of police and KGB are terrorizing the activist’s mother Nadzezhda Zhorava, a disabled person, to find out location of her son.

They visit her at home and demand to say where Vasil Zhorau lives and give his phone number. A car with policemen is standing near her house most of the time, the press service of European Belarus civil campaign reports.

Activist of Andrei Sannikov’s campaign Uladzimir Ratkevich was questioned on March 10. He was shown photos and copies of passport of Vasil and other campaign’s activist and asked about their location.

Vasil Zhorau is outside Belarus now.
