Wife of Alyaksnadr Atroshchankau: My husband was tortured, too

The wife of Alyaksandr Atroshchankau, Daria Korsak, managed to exchange a few words with her husband during a break in the court trial.

As Daria said, her husband was tortured by the same methods applied to Ales Mikhalavich.

She managed to come to Alyaksandr yesterday during a break and told him that recently released Mikhalevich said the KGB prisoners are tortured. The journalist nodded in reply confirming these words.

“I only had time to say I love him… We’ll live through the dictatorship in Belarus together,” Daria told journalists after today’s trial.

We remind that Alyaksandr Atroshchankau, spokesman for presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov, was sentenced to 4 years in a medium security penal colony, demonstrators Alyaksandr Mauchanau and Zmitser Novik got 3 and 3.5 years in a medium security penal colony respectively.

Alyaksandr Atroshchankau denied his guilt.
