Health of Syarhei Kazakou worsens

Syarhei Kazakou, an activist of European Belarus civil campaign, sent a letter to his mother from a jail in Valadarski Street.

The political prisoner periodically has nosebleeds and headaches. Due to this, he is able to sleep only 3 hours a day. He does not receive medical aid. Syarhei is kept in an overcrowded cell, the press service of European Belarus reports.

Syarhei Kazakou was arrested on January 27 and taken to a detention facility in Valadarski Street in Minsk. The activist is an accused in the criminal case over “mass riot” in Minsk on December 19.
