To bow in the cruelest way

A keynote of dictator’s address to the nation and the “house of representatives” was the word “bow”.
The so called president was telling blatant lie accusing neighbours and disclosing numerous enemies of his autocratic government in his address broadcast live by all channels.
Belarus under massive pressure
“If there are attempts to bow us, make us kneel and destroy, we will oppose this, fight for this piece of land,” Lukashenka said.
“Political threats came first: non-recognition of the results of the latest presidential campaign, travel bans, economic sanctions. Then boom and panic on the currency and food market were instigated on an initiative of different local and foreign analysts. Then dancing on bones in connection with the events at the Oktyabrsakya metro station. In fact, these are links in the same chain,” Lukashenka noted.
“We must blame themselves, it is the fault of the authorities most of all. We had so much democracy ahead of the presidential election that not only you, I was sick. We had so much democracy that it made everyone sick,” Lukashenka said.
“They said: let’s give the EU or OSCE an opportunity to count the votes. I would have agreed. But this is a disgrace for the state,” Lukashenka said. “We made everything possible to hold this election transparently,” he underlined.
Lukashenka accused his opponents of calling to kill the president. According to him, the presidential candidates allegedly said it in their live presentations in media. “They said: kill the president, go there, violate this. It was broadcast by the TV channels from which people have always received objective information,” the dictator noted.
It’s a kind of kolkhoz
“One must live within means. Our GDP growth is 11%, our industry demonstrates even higher growth, but the foreign currency that the country gets cannot satisfy the demand,” Lukashenka noted.
He added that the country “does not have enough money to pay for energy”.
“We have a very high negative balance, our foreign trade imbalance is becoming threatening,” the ruler stressed.
Besides, Lukashenka again accused car owners of the currency crisis, which, in his view, was caused by the outflow of foreign currency from the country and import foreign vehicles and other goods to the country.
“We have carried out a very soft monetary policy. When people got excess money, they went to buy foreign currency. That is what we have now,” the dictator said.
Lawlessness has ended
“The metro has become the last straw. You (directors of enterprises) may already feel than pressure from me will be incredible. Directors are using company’s cars to travel around the country instead of keeping an eye on these lowlifes, who are making balls, rollers, accessories on machines to make a bomb and explode the country,” the ruler said.
“They know only one road – from plant’s entrance to a cabinet in the government. We have a deputy prime minister, who allows them too much. Now this lawlessness has come to an end. You take an enterprise and give it work. If you resort to layoffs, create a new production line,” Lukashenka said.
“Your life in new conditions will not be just catastrophic, as it was before, it will be unbearable,” Lukashenka promised.
A third child is mine
“I had a meeting in a women’s collective, at a factory, yesterday. I told them: a first child is yours, a second child is yours, too. But a third child is mine and, to a littler degree, yours. A fifth and others are 100 percent mine,” Lukashenka said commenting on a demographic problem in Belarus.
Speaking about a reaction of women, Lukashenka noted, “They were silent. Bear children. I cannot do it instead of you.”
University professors smoke pot with students
“We should find out what kind of professors are teaching in state universities. And in private ones?!!
A female student from a private university took part in the terrorist act. The girl is 21. It is a person who had lost herself into drinking amorally. Are private universities are teaching students like this? We have taken a closer look at institutions of higher education. Dope, tobacco… and, sitting cross-legged, they are smoking with their professors. We should root that out mercilessly… To my great embarrassment I must say that there was a member of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union among the detainees [the terrorist act suspects]. What do we need such BRYU members for? I have told many times – do not force anyone to join the BRYU and Belaya Rus, just for numerical strength. No one needs this numerical strength… They do not pay fees,” Lukashenka said.
There should be initiative from below, and not from hell-raisers
“Unfortunately, a flawed impression has taken root in the West that only oppositional parties and informal organizations define the notion of civil society,” Lukashenka complained.
“They want it so much! However it is fundamentally wrong. Firstly, as they are inconsiderable in number and do not represent wide sections of the population. I am speaking about parties. And secondly, we have really numerous public associations which enjoy renown. Among the pillar stones of our society are councils of people’s deputies, trade unions, war veterans’, women and youth organizations. It is possible we would complement them with political parties as well at some stage. I’m saying frankly: we are doing that. But all such things should be initiated from below, by no means from the top-down. If there would be such tendencies, not only from hell-raisers (“frost-bitten heads”), but from people who want to live in this country, who are earning money in this country, who are raising children, can count upon support from the authorities,” the dictator promised.
Besides, Lukashenka assured that the next parliamentary election is to be held in accordance with the rules currently in force. But in the future he does not exclude a possibility of considerable national legislation amendment. “We will discuss that in detail in the long run,” he added.
I talked to Muammar Gaddafi
“ – What is happening there – people, diplomats are running away from your country?
– Mr President, you watch the wrong TV.
Unfortunately, Syrian or Libyan TV is not broadcasted in our country… But what he had told me, is also a subjective approach, the situation is completely different there… Everyone understands that fight for oil is taking place…
Our state-run mass media are angelic as compared to Euronews, for instance…
Our country is not so rich to print 400 state-run newspapers. Many ministries have 2-3 newspapers, but officials do not even know about that.
We should carry out a serious audit. This concerns the presidential administration,” the dictator stated.
Barack Obama and other Europeans…
“Today we have taken a timeout in the Belarus-EU relations. However, I am sure this timeout will not last long. We need each other. We should look for areas of common interest with the West, …Barack Obama and other Europeans. I am not a monster, or a cannibal… We are waiting for Europeans to come and say: we are ready for cooperation. And such messages exist. We would not go on knees, but we should not stubbornly refuse either. We can have such a conversation even tomorrow, anywhere – in Poland, Germany, even in Libya if you please. If Americans are ready to cooperate with us – they are welcome. If Belarus is not appealing to them, let it ride,” Lukashenka believes.
We should have own oil, shouldn’t we?
“Against all the odds, it seems to me we have oil in our country. And if we have oil, it is impossible not to have gas. We have hired an educated Premier (Myasnikovich), an academician. He feels responsibility and will supervise what is happening here under the earth stratum. It is impossible for a man to search and not to find anything… We should get a closer look at our sub-soil resources,” Lukashenka stated answering questions of “deputies” after his address.
