Besides, you are informed that under Article 253 Part 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Belarus, that ruling on termination of criminal prosecution can be appealed against at the prosecutor of Minsk.”
In the comment to ucpb.org the politician himself called this decision “was a surprise”. Besides, Anatol Lyabedzka stated:
“Undoubtedly, I am satisfied with this decision. But my feelings have preliminary and incomplete nature. I cannot feel comfortable, as long as my colleagues and simply innocent people are deprived of freedom. And as far as I am concerned, I am not too quick to speak with certain phrases. I can say one thing: I am pleased by my behavior in the last 8 months, half of which have been sent in the KGB remand prison. All this time I was a hostage of the Red House. My conscience is not reproaching or pricking me. I have gone this way honorably, and I consider myself a winner”.
