Valeria Khotsina returned home after a long-term meeting with Mikalai Dzyadok.
The young people got married in prison on September 14. “It was done very quickly, without any problems,” Valeria Kotsina told “Nasha Niva” newspaper. “At 9 in the morning, we took a record-keeper from the civil registration office and arrived in the penal colony. The civil registration officer wished us to reunite outside prison.
Mikalai is fine. He was issued a warning on his birthday for carrying his hands in his pockets. We did not know that Mauchnau and Bulanau, Mikalai’s close friends, were released from penal colony Nr 15 on September 14. He said that he would buy a chocolate and visit them on September 17 to discuss news. As it turns out, he has nobody to visit in the colony… There are only three of them in the colony – Mikalai, Vaskovich, who is always in a punishment cell, and Bandarneka, who is in the medical unit.”
Mikalai Dzyadok was sentenced to four years and six months in a medium security penal colony. He is accused of organizing an anti-military rally near the General Staff headquarters and attacking a number of buildings with a group of anarchists. The does not admit his guilt.
