Organizer of People’s Assembly detained in Baranavichy

On September 29, police detained public activist Viktar Tsyaoin, a member of Fair World party, at his workplace at the plant of automated lines.

He was guarded to the Baranavichy city police department where a report under article 33.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences (violation of rules of organizing and holding mass events) was drawn up against him.

Viktar Tsyapin is still in the police department.

Viktar Tsyapin took active part in preparing the People’s Assembly in Baranavichy scheduled for October 8 in the old city park.
