Unrest at Atlant plant

Workers are going to talk to the management of Atlant plant in Baranavichy about their problems.

Workers are going to have a meeting today after the end of the workday.

Workers want the plant authorities and trade union to explain why wages at once prosperous plant are less than two million rubles now, why bonuses and sick pay supplements were cancelled, Euroradio reports.

Workers of the washing machine engines assembly shop, where the meeting is to be held, complain they have to work in harmful conditions. The shop is equipped with a furnace for rotor production. Only a furnace operator receives milk coupons, though many workers suffer from allergy.
