Lyabedzka sues Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Justice

Anatol Lyabedzka applied to the Tsentralny district court with a legal action against the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.

The politician demands to bring to responsibility the people guilty of violating his constitutional right to freedom of movement, the press service of the United Civil Party reports.

“As far as I know, the Constitution has force in Belarus,” Anatol Lyabedzka said. “It means its articles must be implemented in practice. One needs to struggle for his rights using every opportunity, even this ugly court.”
