“Pahonia court of arms under ban?

Police cut out a chevron depicting Belarusian national court of arms Pahonia (Chase) from a cap of a Dinamo football club fan after after a match between Minsk FC and Dinamo-Minsk.

The football fan wrote it on the website of Dinamo-Minsk team:

“Yesterday, cops detained me for wearing a cap with Pahonia court of arms! A 30-minute identification check and brainwashing... My cap was seized and then returned with a beautiful hole on the place of the chevron!”
