The Belarusian authorities will never sell a controlling stake of Belaruskali. This was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko on May 15. The sale of the company’s controlling stake would be a crime against the people of Belarus, said First Deputy Prime Minister.

Vladimir Semashko also informed that Belaruskali would prematurely repay a syndicated loan of $1 billion, which would be done through the company's own funds and state funds, BelTA informs.
