Yaromenak will be judged again

Uladzimir Yaromenak found in Akrestsina street detention center.
It is most likely that the "Young Front" activist was not released after his term of detention expired yesterday.
Yaromenak's ally Kasia Halitskaya has told this to Euroradio:
"We have found out literally ten minutes ago that Uladzimir Yaromenak is in the center for isolation of law-breakers in the Akrestsina street and that he will be delivered to the Maskouski district court soon".
The activist should have been released yesterday after 7 days of detention. Yaromenak's allies do not exclude that the police may draw a fake protocol for some administrative offence against him and detain Uladzimir once again, as they did to Pavel Vinahradau and Mikhail Muski before.
Former political prisoner Yaromenak has been sentenced to preventive watch this year. This administrative detention will be the third one. The conditions of the preventive watch may become worse because of that.
"Administrative detention is not considered a break of the preventive watch regime. Policemen from the detention center should inform a district police officer that Yaromenak is detained. This is not a violation of the regime. He is obliged to come to his district police officer for checking at a certain time, and when he fails to do this because he is serving an administrative detention, this is considered a justified reason. Legally, they should not count this as a violation, but who knows," - said Halitskaya.
