Masked people reign in Minsk centre (Photo)

Some men wearing masks maвe two guys lay down on the ground near Siluet shopping centre in Kharuzhaya Street in the centre of Minsk at 6 afternoon.
TUT.by has learned about the incident from a reader.
He says there were at least five people in black masks but without a uniform and ten people in in plain clothes.
“A girl with an ID card was running around looking for witnesses to search the guys, but I did not see to which agency she belongs.”
Two young men were detained, he wrote. Twitter users @Artemka and @_proxer say a similar incident happened on that place a month ago.
