The video posted by the blogger on social networking websites gains popularity.

“In 2002, I used to work for a construction company. I visited work meetings of our subcontractors and saw letters asking to transfer a certain amount of money for construction of the National Library in Minsk. When I saw this mediocrity with my own eyes, I had the associations I tried to show in this video. Time moves on, technologies have developed in the last decade and I can jokingly perform my 10-year dream with an iPhone. One can expect everything from the sky in view of the recent scandals with the air defence forces and teddy bears,” Andrei Kabanau told charter97.org.
