Lyabedzka remains under control

Anatol Lyabedzka, the leader of the United Civil Party (UCP), gained restoration of his constitutional rights to the freedom of movement.
But the politician is still under control. His abroad trips are recorded by law-enforcement agencies.
The UCP leader told ucpb.org:
“I used different checkpoints to cross the border recently, but I see that all border guards scan every page of my passport, report to their commanders and allow me to leave the country. It is called breathing down my neck to make me feel nervous. They don't search me yet, but attention and control will only grow because the campaign 'For Honest Elections without Lukashenka' is becoming wider.”
