Kabyakou appointed new head of Lukashenka Administration

The Belarusian dictators has appointed Andrei Kabyakou head of his administration.
The news was spread by the press service of the Belarusian ruler.
Andrei Kabyakou has been Belarus's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia since November 8, 2011. He earlier worked as a deputy head of Lukashenka Administration and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus.
The previous administration head, Uladizmir Makei, was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs on August 20.
