On September 5, near the metro station "Kupalovskaya" in Minsk was arrested activist of "European Belarus" Aliaksei Tsepli.

He was detained by officers of the riot police. They have found several copies of the printed newspaper "Charter 97", writes Human Rights Center "Viasna".

Aliaksei Tsepli was put in a bus and taken to the central police station.
