Ex-head of the Ministry of Defense Pavel Kazlouski withdrew from the elections

Ex-Minister of Defense, a member of the United Civil Party Pavel Kazlouski refused to participate in the "parliamentary elections" in Belarus.

"I don’t want to participate in this show, the list of the deputies is already approved. In 2004 I participated and I was serious about it, but they didn’t let me through," said Pavel Kozlovsky.

This year ex-Minister of Defense was a candidate for Vasnetsovski district No. 93 in Minsk. The district commission refused to register Pavel Kozlovsky stating that he didn’t give all the information in the declaration, namely that he gave wrong size of his garage, and possible income of the rent of his garden house. During the session on August 30th the Central Election Commission satisfied the complaint against the refusal, as BelaPAN reports.
