Zianon Pazniak: Cross Smashing In Kurapaty Will Eventually Bury Them With Their "Hissy" Hatred

The leader of the CCP-BPF appealed to the participants of the march on Dziady.

Yesterday, a traditional march to celebrate the Day of Remembrance of Ancestors, Dziady, took place in Minsk. The march ended with a solemn rally in Kurapaty, euroradio.fm reports.

BPF activist Ales Chakholski read out a letter from Zianon Pazniak:

"Since 2000, thousands of people have been coming here on Dziady, they carried crosses on their shoulders and set them here on the graves of their executed ancestors. This is how the eternal memorial to the memory about the genocide was created. Every year people come here on Dziady, carry and erect crosses - the monuments to eternity. That is why this memorial is eternal; this process is ongoing, as long as the people live. Let the forces of darkness smash down the cross - in the end this smashing of crosses will bury them all, with all their "hissy" hatred and poisonous "power".
