The Names of the Security Officials Involved in Maksim Kharoshyn's Case Are Disclosed

Criminals can be detained in almost any country in the world.
The Unified Crime Registration Book has disclosed the data on which the first criminal case against the Belarusian security forces is being investigated in Lithuania. The site has published video facts, as well as medical reports and the names of security officials who, according to the ECRP, participated in the abduction and beating of Maksim Kharoshyn.
According to the ECRP, "On 13.10.2020, Kharoshyn M.L. was kidnapped on the street. Ullianauskaya, 3 by the head of the GUBOPiK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Karpiankou M.M., who acted in excess of his official powers with a group of his subordinates, after which he was illegally delivered to the Pershamajski District Internal Affairs Directorate of Minsk, where, with the connivance of the head of the district police department, Bakach A. S., torture was used against him."
The ECRP also explains what the essence of the investigation that is currently underway in Lithuania is:
"In case of proof of guilt, the criminals will be put on the wanted list of Interpol, and they can be detained in almost any country in the world.
The names of the security officials who exceeded their powers were included in the sanctions lists.
The Court of Universal Jurisdiction, where the examination of Kharoshyn's case is already underway, is empowered to bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility and punishment, regardless of the place of the crime or the citizenship of the accused or victim. With the approval of such a court, Interpol has the right to detain criminals, whose guilt has been proven, even if they are on the territory of other states."
