We continue to talk about how the junta values the very workers whose strike it fears more than anything else. In the Maladzechna electrical networks, according to the results of certification of workplaces, harmfulness was removed from many specialties, writes the Nick and Mike telegram channel.
Dispatchers, locksmiths, fitters, foremen, drivers, engineers - there are about 200 specialties in total. Most lose 20-40 rubles a month and 4-7 days of vacation, but some (such as workers at a 330 kV substation) lose up to 100-200 rubles a month and 7 days of vacation.
Those who carried out the certification tried to preserve the harmfulness. However, there was a command from above. ITRs (engineers and technicians - ed.), based on the results of certification, are likely to have irregular working hours. This is a significant change in working conditions, and it is not yet very clear how they will be carried out.
As a result: employees are unhappy, many say that they are ready to sign only short-term contracts and look for a new job.
Further, there is more. In the same Maladzechna, workers are punished for... illegible handwriting (document attached). Experienced people say that they were deprived of the bonus for anything, but that for handwriting - this is the first time.
And this is all against the backdrop of endless meetings on discipline and the installation of cop cameras, for which the grids themselves are also forced to pay. Discontent is growing. We wrote in more detail about the situation in the energy sector here.
Moreover, discontent is growing not only among the workers. Here's an example of one of the posts in the bot:

And that she envies those who are on sick leave and even more those who simply did not come to work today. According to her, if it were not for moronic work "liability," she wouldn't be here today either. She's not holding on to her job, she's just waiting for her time off, for the authorities to change, and she's looking for a fiancé. With humor, good for her.
Last week, they had to call the police to take a drunken brawler from the territory of the temple, who was harassing women who walked with small children. So, the police squad arrived only two hours later. I was very surprised when two militiamen with the rank of major and captain came out of the UAZ patrol. I asked them: "Where is the patrol?" In response, I heard: "And there is no more patrol, we are already driving for them." As one of them put it, there are two cops per 100 thousand of the population."
I jokingly said: "If it was a "white-red-white," the regiment would have already been sent." A very sad and exhausted major replied: "They won't send them anymore - there is no one to go." After talking with them, I almost had tears in my eyes! Never in my life have I seen more emaciated and sad or, rather, depressed policemen.
Therefore, I can safely assume that the process of the Italian strike is already underway. Dyleuski turned out to be right, people began to slowly, bit by bit go on the strike.
Nick, for his part, also continues to stay at home. The bosses don't make much effort to check. Local colleagues report that even, in executive committees and ministries, there are departments where, for various reasons, 30-40 percent of employees are absent.
