Information Minister Ihar Lutski Resigned

Another propagandist took his place.

The cockroach has dismissed Minister of Information Ihar Lutski.

The former information minister is appointed deputy head of the Coackroach's Administration. The corresponding personnel decision was made by President Aliaksandr Lukashenka, BelTA informs.

Ihar Lutski will replace Andrei Kuntsevich, who has held the position since August 2019.

Lutski has served as minister since June 2020. His office is noteworthy for the intense pressure on non-state media; tut.by lost its media status in the fall, and Novy Chas received warnings. During this period, Narodnaya Volya and Komsomolka halted their print editions in Belarus. Several regional media stopped publishing in printed form.

Instead of Lutski, Cockroach appointed Uladzimir Pertsou as Minister of Information.

Until now, Uladzimir Pertsou has been the director of Mir TV and Radio Company in Belarus. He is also known as an active participant of the odious Editors' Club.
