Sergei Sosedov To Belarusian Authorities: Damn You, I Call For Boycott Of Slavonic Bazaar

The music critic has spoken harshly about the illegal regime.

Music critic Sergei Sosedov, who recently refused to participate in X-Factor Belarus because of the political situation in our country, learned the day before his trip to the "Slavonic Bazaar in Vitsebsk" that his accreditation had been revoked and he was denied entry to Belarus.

Sergei Sosedov commented on the situation on Facebook:

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Information of Belarus denied me entry to the republic and participation in the festival "Slavonic Bazaar in Vitsebsk," to which I had to go for the twenty-first time. And it was done on the eve of our departure for Vitsebsk and without explaining the reasons.

However, I know the reasons for the refusal. They are very petty and mean. The Ministry of Information of Belarus, supervised by the Presidential Administration, is taking revenge on me for my refusal to participate in the Belarusian show "X-Factor" (I refused for many reasons, the main one being the social and political situation in Belarus).

I feel sorry for the good, trusting and wonderful people of Belarus. How long you have to live in this hell! Creepy, horrible, obscene, misanthropic regime! Damn you!

I've never called for a boycott of "Slavonic Bazaar," but now I want to do it. Friends, do not go to the festival where instead of friendship, beauty and love you are treated to vulgar obligation (they force people to buy tickets), annoying "stars," endless street harassment, total suspicion and hatred towards your every word and gesture! Say no to such a "Slavonic Bazaar"! It's over for all of us.
