25 Years In Jail For Mikalai Autukhovich, Huge Sentences For Other Participants In His ‘Case’

On October 17, the Hrodna regional court announced the verdict in the “Autukhovich case”, which involves 12 people. The court sessions were held in Hrodna prison #1.
Belarusian patriot, political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich was sentenced to 25 years in prison in a reinforced-security penal colony. This is reported by Lukashenka's propagandists.
Autukhovich was accused by the regime of “treason against the state”, “assistance in terrorist activities”, “illegal actions in relation to firearms and explosives”, “attempt to seize power by unconstitutional means”, “creation of a criminal organization”, “incitement of racial, national, religious enmity or hatred”.
Activist Uladzimir Hundar was sentenced to 18 years in a penal colony, and a 800 base fees fine.
Uladzimir is a disabled person without a leg, from whom prostheses and crutches were taken away.
The person involved in the “Autukhovich case” Pavel Sava was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in a penal colony, and a 700 base fees fine.
Activist Volha Mayorava also received 20 years in prison, but with a general regime, and a 800 base fees fine.
Viktar Sniahur was sentenced to 19 years of imprisonment in a reinforced-security penal colony, with a fine of 800 base fees.
Halina Derbysh was sentenced to 20 years in a penal colony with a 700 base fees fine.
Lyubou Rezanovich was sentenced to 15 years in a general regime penal colony with a 600 base fees fine.
Siarhei Rezanovich was sentenced to 16 years' imprisonment in a penal colony with a fine of 600 basic units.
Pavel Rezanovich was sentenced to 19 years in a penal colony with a 800 base fees fine,
Iryna Harachkina under Part 3 of Article 295 of the Criminal Code (“illegal actions in relation to objects whose damaging effect is based on the use of combustible substances”) and Part 1 of Article 405 of the Criminal Code (“concealment of a serious crime”) was sentenced to 6 years and 1 month in a penal colony under general regime conditions, and a fine of 300 base fees (9,600 rubles).
Irina Melkher — 17 years in a colony under general regime conditions, and a 700 base fees fine (22,400 rubles).
Anton Melkher — two years and six months in a colony under the general regime conditions. He was released in the courtroom, as the term of detention was counted.
